Prior to BEXP, Heidi worked as a Senior Geo Tech at Diamondback Energy in Midland, TX. During her time there, Heidi oversaw the data management team & acted as liaison for Diamondback’s trade and acquisition deals. Prior to Diamondback, Heidi worked for the Apache Corporation in Midland with a focus on operational data management & training/onboarding for new Geo Techs entering the business.
