Prior to Brigham Exploration, Keith served as the DPUSA Onshore Operations Manager for Equinor (Formerly Statoil). During his time at Equinor, Keith was responsible for all US Onshore Operations in the Eagle Ford, Bakken, and Appalachian Basin Assets. Prior to Equinor, Keith held various roles of increasing responsibility with the original Brigham Exploration Company in its operations, reserves, and business development groups prior to the sale to Equinor in 2011 for $4.4 billion.

Keith received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
