Prior to BEXP, Kristian served as a Petroleum Engineer and Reservoir Engineer at Concho Resources and ConocoPhillips. During his tenure with Concho and ConocoPhillips, Kristian primarily focused on managing unconventional Northern and Southern Delaware Basin operated assets, providing support and guidance on individual well performance and full asset development. His focus included asset management, reserves estimations, risk and uncertainty assessment within development plans, and integration of technical evaluations to further optimize asset value.

Kristian received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
