Prior to BEXP, Meaghan served as a Production Geologist at Shell. During her tenure with Shell, Meaghan primarily focused on managing Central Deepwater Gulf of Mexico operated projects, at a well level from early planning stages to production, as well as full asset level projects. Her efforts included strategic horizontal well planning, execution of operations, and designing the most optimal future development strategies. Prior to Shell, Meaghan started her career working at LLOG Exploration.

Meaghan received a BS in Geology from the University of Mississippi and an MS in Petroleum Geology from the University of Mississippi.
